The Listening Path

Support for animals and households moving through change, sensitivity, uncertainty, or behavior that feels like a conversation waiting to be understood more fully.

Some animals are navigating a move, a new baby, grief, aging, a schedule shift, or a season of heightened sensitivity. Others may be showing you something through pacing, clinginess, restlessness, distance, reactivity, or a change in how they move through the home.

The Listening Path is a supportive framework for slowing down and listening more deeply to what may be happening beneath the surface — within your animal, your household rhythm, and the relationship between them.

This is not about blame or quick fixes. It’s about understanding what may be asking for care, attention, or support — and responding in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and doable for the whole household.

What Makes The Listening Path Different

The Listening Path is not traditional pet sitting, and it isn’t a one-size-fits-all behavior plan.

It’s a relationship-based support approach that helps families:

  • understand what may be showing up beneath behavior, stress, or change

  • notice what may belong to the animal, the people, or the household field itself

  • support the animal in a way that honors their pace, nervous system, and communication style

  • receive grounded guidance and simple next steps without feeling overwhelmed

Depending on what your household needs, support may include:

  • in-home attunement sessions

  • remote Reiki support

  • guided touchpoints between sessions

  • simple, grounded suggestions to support comfort, regulation, and a greater sense of safety at home

One Session or a Longer Path?

Sometimes one session is enough to help us understand what is most visible right now and offer a meaningful next step.

Other times, what your animal is showing is part of a larger unfolding process.

Animals, like people, often move through change in layers. What is visible today may be the first part of the mountain, not the whole of it. As one layer softens or becomes clearer, another may come into view — a deeper nervous system need, a household pattern, a transition that is still being processed, or a new layer of communication asking to be understood.

A single session can offer clarity around what is most active now.
A pathway creates space for what becomes visible next.

BEGIN WHERE YOU ARE

In-Home Attunement & Field Mapping Session

A starting point for understanding what may be showing up beneath behavior, sensitivity, stress, or transition

This initial session is the doorway into The Listening Path. Together, we begin exploring what may belong to your animal, what may belong to the people in the home, and what may be part of the larger household environment or field itself.

What it’s for

  • a first look at behavior, sensitivity, stress, or transition

  • understanding what feels most active right now

  • receiving grounded guidance and a clearer sense of what support may be helpful next

Includes

  • one in-home attunement and field mapping session

  • observation of the animal, household rhythm, and environmental dynamics

  • guidance around what may be most active right now

  • initial recommendations for next steps

Session length: approximately 75–90 minutes

If ongoing support feels aligned after this first session, The Listening Path can continue through one of the pathways below.

Starting at: $222

Listening Path Intensive

A 4-week rhythm of weekly support for what feels most active right now

The Listening Path Intensive is the closest-support phase within The Listening Path. It’s designed for animals and households in the middle of an active transition, heightened sensitivity, behavioral change, or a season that calls for steadier weekly support.

What it’s for

  • active transitions or fresh changes in the household

  • heightened sensitivity, stress, or behavioral shifts

  • animals who seem to need closer weekly support before moving into a more spacious rhythm

Includes

  • 4 weekly sessions over 4 weeks

  • sessions may be in-home, remote Reiki, or a hybrid combination depending on your household’s needs

  • guided touchpoints between sessions to reflect what feels most active, offer one simple support step, and help you know what to watch for before the next session

  • a 1–2 week integration window before beginning a longer pathway, if continued support feels aligned

Starting at: $444

Ongoing Listening Path support

3-Month Listening Path

A steadier season of support for animals and households moving through layered change

Some situations need more than one moment of clarity. They need time, rhythm, and space for the deeper picture to unfold.

The 3-Month Listening Path is designed for households who want support not only in understanding what is happening, but in walking with the next layers as they come into view.

What it’s for

  • deeper adjustment periods after change or loss

  • layered sensitivity, distance, or nervous system strain

  • patterns that seem to shift in stages rather than all at once

  • households wanting both guidance and integration over time

Includes

  • 6 core sessions over 3 months

  • 4 remote Reiki sessions woven into the pathway

  • guided touchpoints to help you stay connected to the process without feeling overwhelmed

  • space for reflection, integration, and the natural unfolding of what your animal may be communicating

Starting at: $1,333

6-Month Listening Path

Longer-form support for deeper transitions, layered household dynamics, or patterns that need time to unfold

Some animals and households benefit from a longer container — one that allows us to move gently through multiple layers of change, regulation, relationship, and integration over time.

What it’s for

  • long-standing sensitivity or layered patterns

  • senior support or larger life transitions

  • multi-animal household dynamics

  • families who want a steadier arc of support over time

Includes

  • 12 core sessions over 6 months

  • in-home, remote Reiki, or hybrid support depending on your household’s needs

  • guided touchpoints throughout the pathway

  • more spacious integration for deeper or longer-term shifts

Starting at: $2,666

Listening Path Monthly Support

A gentle monthly touchpoint for continued support, energetic maintenance, and ongoing connection

Listening Path Monthly Support is for households who would like to stay connected after completing a pathway, or for those who benefit from a lighter once-a-month rhythm of support.

What it’s for

  • post-pathway maintenance

  • seasonal support

  • households who benefit from a gentle monthly rhythm without needing a more active container

Includes

  • one monthly remote Reiki session

  • a check-in touchpoint to reflect what feels most active and offer a grounded next step

  • for local households, an occasional in-person attunement session may be used in place of remote support when aligned

Starting at:

$111/month remote support option

$222/month local in-person attunement option

How The Pathways Are Scheduled

Because these pathways are designed as guided support containers rather than stand-alone appointments, session dates are scheduled in alignment with the rhythm of the pathway and the needs of the household.

Once your pathway is selected and payment is received, I will work with you to place the session dates and touchpoints that best support the process.

This allows the support rhythm to stay intentional, spacious, and responsive to what is unfolding — rather than trying to fit a deeper process into a traditional pet-sitting or appointment-booking model.

A Gentle Note About What This Work Is — and Isn’t

The Listening Path is not about blaming your animal, blaming yourself, or trying to force a quick fix.

It’s about listening for what may be underneath the visible behavior or stress response and offering support that honors the whole relationship: the animal, the people who love them, and the home environment they’re all moving through together.

Sometimes one session is enough to help things click into place.
Sometimes a deeper path is needed to support what reveals itself next.

Either way, the goal is the same: to help you understand your animal more fully and respond with care.

Start with the Intake Form

Every animal and every household arrive at this work from a different place.

Some families feel ready to begin with an In-Home Attunement & Field Mapping Session right away. Others know something is shifting but aren’t yet sure whether The Listening Path is the right fit or what level of support would be most helpful.

That’s why the best place to begin is with a short intake form.

The form gives me a chance to learn a little about your animal, your home environment, what has been unfolding, and what kind of support you’re looking for. From there, I can guide you toward the next aligned step—whether that’s beginning with the threshold session, exploring a pathway of support, or simply clarifying what feels most helpful right now.

You’re welcome to begin here if:

  • you feel ready to start with an In-Home Attunement & Field Mapping Session

  • you’re interested in The Listening Path but aren’t sure which level of support is the best fit

  • you’re noticing changes in your dog or cat and want to explore what may be happening beneath the surface

  • you’re outside my local service area and would like to explore whether a remote version of support may be possible

Not local to Arizona?

If you’re outside my local service area but feel drawn to this work, you’re still welcome to begin the intake form.

The local version of The Listening Path begins with an in-home Attunement & Field Mapping Session. For out-of-area families, support may look a little different and is currently shaped on a case-by-case basis. Depending on your animal, your household, and what support feels most aligned, that may include a blend of remote Reiki for the wider household ecosystem, Zoom-based guidance, voice-note or text touchpoints, and integration sessions.

That remote version of The Listening Path is still being shaped with care, but if something in this work resonates and you’d like to explore what support could look like from a distance, the intake form is the best place to begin.
