PATH OF PRESENCE — PARTICIPATION & POLICIES AGREEMENT

The Path of Presence is a guided, outdoor experience held in a natural environment.

Please review the policies and waiver below, then complete the agreement form at the bottom of this page. This supports clarity, safety, and personal responsibility so we can begin the experience without interruption.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

The Path of Presence is held in a small, intentional container and prepared with care.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made 48 hours or more before the experience may be transferred to a future Path of Presence offering.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If unexpected circumstances arise, you’re welcome to reach out, and I’ll meet you with care where possible.

Weather & Safety

Experiences may be rescheduled due to extreme weather or safety concerns. If this occurs, participants will be offered a reschedule or credit toward a future offering.

Participant Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk

I understand that the Path of Presence is a guided, outdoor experience that may include gentle hiking on natural terrain such as dirt paths, stones, uneven ground, inclines, desert vegetation, weather changes, and wildlife.

I acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, exposure to weather, insects, animals, and variations in terrain. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for my personal safety and well-being during the experience.

Medical & Personal Responsibility Statement

I understand that this experience is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and does not replace professional medical or mental health care.

I affirm that I am physically and emotionally capable of participating in gentle hiking and standing activities. I agree to listen to my body, rest as needed, and communicate any concerns. I understand that I may pause, slow down, or choose not to continue at any point during the experience.

Release of Liability (Arizona)

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Path of Presence, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Kelly Vizzini / Dream Pet Care LLC, its owner, and any assistants, collaborators, or representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation, including claims arising from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, except where prohibited by law.

This release applies to any injury, loss, illness, or damage to person or property that may occur during or as a result of participation in the experience.

Photography & Media Consent

I understand that photographs or short video clips may be taken during the experience for documentation or promotional purposes.

I may choose whether or not to grant permission for my likeness to be used.

Consent & Agreement

I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Participation & Policies Agreement, including the waiver and liability terms.

I agree to participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for my participation.
