Rushing or Taking it Easy

Have you ever noticed we can make our lives so much more challenging if we set up our schedule to be one that we are rushing from one thing to the other versus putting a little more down time or padding around the appointments. This then opens the schedule when traffic is a bit off that day.

Yes, it is within our control. What are we going to choose for ourselves? I recognize with me this can even occur when we have pockets of time on other days, and especially when we have a trip coming up. One thing we can guarantee is that we will have the tendency to over fill the schedule with more tasks than we can actually achieve.

What are your healthy boundaries with your schedules? And do they go by the wayside when prepping for a trip or something else?

The pup beings I have been with this week have been like Kelly quit doing that – you are going to be running around like a dog chasing his tail! And while you are at it stop changing your calendar around, you know we have your back and if you trust the process – and your guides all will fall into place. You say you trust, but your actions show otherwise. Trust is the key and surrendering to the process is the action.

Yep, there are a lot of wise ones that show up in a different form than us. It is quite startling at times how much they know about what we are going through and where we are getting hung up. They are open to share when we are open to listen. So if we want a day without feeling like we are always slightly behind the eight ball, we have to be that in how we show up for the day.
