The Look and Feel of a Pet Visit

You may be asking yourself what does a pet visit look or feel like - and what does my pet(s) experience? With Dream Pet Care, I spend five to ten minutes greeting them in the way they enjoy. With several pup friends, we begin with ten minutes of play. With another canine friend, his favorite greeting is touch through back rubs and butt scratches.

With one family of cats upon walking in, I sit down on the floor with them greeting and/or petting those that enjoy touch along with offering to those that choose to receive Reiki. I connect with them in a present mindset. In another singular feline family, it is love through petting and belly rubs along with softly chatting with him to catch up on their day.

The visit then moves forward to handing food preparation, fresh water, litter boxes, and letting any canines outside in the yard.  I go out with them every time. For those that are needing a walk, that occurs during this segment of the visit.

Any remaining time in the visit is spent connecting with your animal family members in the manner in which they wish whether it is companionship, more play, enjoying a longer petting session, Reiki, or frequency music therapy. Before I leave the visit, any water bowls are topped off, canines are taken back out one last time and lots of love is given to those who wish to receive. I always respect their choices to the best of my ability.

As time permits between or after visits each day with your pets, a client journal with notes and any pictures of your pets will be emailed to you. I hope this provides a clearer understanding of what goes into a 45-minute, 60-minute or overnight visit.
